I have gambled on millions of hands of blackjack. I started working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of cash at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or beat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original amount.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely exciting at times. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years back with $750 after 30 minutes using this tactic! And a few months ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager
Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet
Bet 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 wager
Wager twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet $40
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
